Abstract

Desde una óptica de acción política, el presente estudio pretende analizar el estado de la cuestión en torno al complejo mundo de la Financiación del Desarrollo, partiendo de los enunciados contenidos en el Consenso de Monterrey (2002), revisados posteriormente en la Declaración de Doha (2008), refiriendo elementos y juicios de valor comúnmente asumidos en el seno de la sociedad civil, señalando las carencias mas notorias y formulando finalmente recomendaciones sobre aspectos deseables de mejora en la problemática tratada. Esta estratificación se aplicará a las principales acciones directoras del Consenso y de la Declaración.
