La libertad afectivo-sexual: algunas reflexiones y retos

Abstract

La sexualidad nos acompaña desde el nacimiento y tiene un papel esencial en el proceso de desarrollo de las personas. Hablar de libertad afectivo-sexual es hablar de autoestima, de afectos, de placer, de igualdad de hombres y mujeres, de respeto a las diferentes orientaciones sexuales... Si se pretende construir una sociedad en la que hombres y mujeres podamos convivir en igualdad, sin discriminaciones y sin violencia machista, es imposible separar sexualidad y afectividad. Y hablar de libertad afectivo-sexual es también hablar de sensibilización y de prevención de la violencia sexual. Estas han sido precisamente temáticas abordadas en el conversatorio «Libertad afectivo-sexual», en el que participaron Ana de Miguel, Sindy Takanashi, Espacio Regadera y Miguel Lorente, dentro del Congreso Emakumeak organizado por la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia. Y es a partir de este conversatorio que se escribe esta relatoría, presentada en el marco de dicho congreso. Recibido: 30 abril, 2023; Versión final: 22 noviembre, 2023
