Educación financiera y bienestar laboral en el marco de la economía del bienestar en Ecuador

Abstract

Este estudio analiza la relación entre educación financiera y bienestar laboral en trabajadores ecuatorianos, desde la perspectiva de la economía del bienestar. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, de tipo transversal y alcance correlacional, con una muestra de 551 personas. Los datos se recolectaron mediante una encuesta estructurada y se analizaron con estadística descriptiva y correlacional no paramétrica. Los resultados evidencian asociaciones positivas y significativas entre las dimensiones de ambas variables, destacando el papel de la alfabetización financiera en la percepción laboral. Se aportan implicaciones para la gestión organizacional y futuras investigaciones sectoriales.
