<span>El presente artículo analiza los principios que se encuentran plasmados a nivel internacional, específicamente en el Estatuto de Roma de 1998 para el establecimiento de la Corte Penal Internacional, y el significado relevante que tienen con respecto a postulados, como el principio de legalidad en materia penal en Colombia. En este sentido, podemos observar importantes diferencias y consecuencias frente a aspectos como la competencia del derecho interno, y la noción de conducta penal descrita en nuestra legislación.</span>
