This chapter will focus on indigenous peoples’ access to health services in the Russian Federation. First, this paper will provide background information by defining health and reviewing relevant international and national legal frameworks regarding health care guarantees. Secondly, the paper will review the analytical frameworks relevant to understanding access to health care and factors affecting indigenous health.
