Abstract

Artykuł poświęcony jest interpretacji trzech utworów Jana Żabczyca (Mars moskiewski krwawy, Poseł moskiewski, Żegnanie ojczyzny możnej cesarzowej moskiewskiej) stanowiących zróżnicowane gatunkowo i stylistycznie świadectwa pierwszej Dymitriady. W trylogii przybliżone zostają losy uczestników wydarzeń – Dymitra Samozwańca I, Maryny Mniszchówny czy też Jerzego Mniszcha. Autor artykułu analizuje teksty składające się na moskiewski cykl, zwracając uwagę na sposób opisu istotnych wydarzeń historycznych oraz kreację postaci.
