Las conclusiones recogen las propuestas más relevantes y establece a su vez, la importancia de implantarlos en los procesos de ejecución de proyectos y programas.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine methods for assessing effectiveness and efficiency in non-government development organizations. For this, literature was reviewed and different criteria were laid down, considering for instance, relevance, and consistency of actions and objectives; also operational efficiency is measured, looking into whether Non-governmental organizations actions forecasts have been complied with or not; aside from these, coordination degree, efficiency ratio – related to financial resources management – and productive efficiency are graded as well as production input and output. Conclusions reflect the most relevant proposals, setting-up the scenario for implementing them for projects and programs’ processes.
