Abstract

<span>El presente estudio se centró en la determinación del parentesco y las distancias genéticas por métodos moleculares en variedades nativas de quinua (Chenopodimun quinoa Willd) con el objetivo de detrminar las características moleculares y las distancias genéticas de las variedades nativas y parientes silvestres de quinua; el trabajo se ha realizado fase de campo (recolección de muestras) y fase de laboratorio, (Instituto de Biotecnología de la Universidad Nacional Agraria la Molina – Lima). Los resultados se presentan en la (Figura 1) del dendograma obtenido del análisis de las 23 accesiones de quinua entre nativas y parientes silvestres, a un coeficiente de similitud de 0,64 se forman tres clúster; (a) formado por 10 accesiones, el (b) constituido por 7 accesiones y el (c) constituido por 6 accesiones. Asimismo en esta figura se observa que muchas variedades nativas (cultivadas), poseen características genéticas similares en los tres clúster (a, b y c). Es así que la variedad silvestre HAY1 (Ayara – Huataraqui) se encuentra dentro del clúster (a), lo cual indica que posee características genéticas coincidentes con las variedades cultivares Chullpi, Choclito, Wariponcho, Toledo, Rosa Frutilla, Huallata, Negra Collona, Antahuara y Airampo. Del agrupamiento en forma conjunta de las accesiones de variedades cultivadas y silvestres no muestran una tendencia clara de diferenciación entre las formas cultivas y las silvestres. Esto llevaría a una discusión que las formas cultivadas aún tienen comportamientos típicos de especímenes cultivadas y que presentan genotipos muy cercanos a las silvestres locales. Lo que indica que comparten un pool de genes similares y/o existe permanente introgresion de genes de formas silvestres a cultivadas y/o viceversa.</span>
