INTERACCIÓN TROFOBLASTO-EPITELIO UTERINO EN LA FORMACION DE LA PLACENTA EPITELIOCORIAL, ALPACAS

Abstract

<span>Estudios reproductivos en Camélidos Sudamericanos son escasos. Para entender el desarrollo y fisiología celular de la interacción trofoblasto-epitelio uterino en la formación de la placenta epiteliocorial de alpacas fueron examinados muestras desde los 150 días a término de la preñez. Las evaluaciones morfológicas fueron realizadas utilizando técnicas para microscopía de luz, microscopia electrónica de barrido y transmisión y localizaciones histoquímicas de fosfatasa ácida y alcalina. A través de la preñez hubo un progreso incremento en la formación de pliegues con depresiones profundas de la mucosa uterina mostrándose muy delgada el endometrio. Las glándulas uterinas mostraron reacción positiva para PAS y fosfatasa ácida. Las células trofoblásticas no gigantes exhibieron fosfatasa alcalina. En la abertura de las glándulas, el corion formó típicas areolas, donde el trofoblasto mostró reacción positiva a la fosfatasa acida y PAS. La interface trofoblasto-epitelio uterino exhibió una compleja interdigitación de microvellosidades, donde la reacción a la fosfatasa alcalina fue muy marcada. Los capilares coriónicos progresivamente indentan a las células trofoblásticas. Estos datos sugieren que a pesar de ser una placenta epiteliocorial, de la alpaca, diversos tipos celulares del trofoblasto y áreas especializadas de la interface maternofetal poseen funciones microregionales, especializadas en nutrición histotrófica, producción hormonal e intercambio molecular.</span>
