Factores psicosociales de riesgo en delincuentes sexuales juveniles

Abstract

A pesar del aumento significativo de delitos sexuales cometidos por adolescentes en la última década, la investigación sigue centrándose en los adultos, ignorando las causas que pueden llevar a un adolescente a cometer este delito. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue examinar cuáles son los principales factores de riesgo que influyen en la conducta delictiva, clasificándolos según su etiología (personal, familiar y cultural). Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de la literatura enfocada en la perpetración de dicho delito por parte de jóvenes con edades comprendidas entre los doce y los veintiún años, así como su incidencia en España. Para dicha revisión se han incluido los años comprendidos entre 1998-2022 y se ha utilizado el asistente de rúbrica PRISMA. Cabe anotar que la búsqueda de la información se realizó mediante las bases de datos Dialnet, ResearchGate, Psicodoc y Psycinfo.
