Abstract

El presente trabajo busca dar a conocer los programas presupuestales y las principales temáticas referidas a la celeridad de procesos de justicia que viene desarrollando el sector Justicia, realizando un comparativo desde su año de implementación a 2021. Ello permite evaluar cuál es el avance que ha obtenido en la asignación de recursos bajo la lógica de un presupuesto por resultados (PpR) y las recomendaciones para que el sector continúe con el fortalecimiento de sus programas presupuestales (PP) a través de considerar la revisión del diseño.
