Abstract

Bu calismanin temel amaci, Edirne Ilini ziyaret eden yerli turistlerin Edirne'yi hangi marka kisiligi ozellikleri ile algiladiklarini ve marka kisiligi boyutlari ile turistlerin marka sadakatlari arasindaki iliskiyi ortaya koymaktir. Arastirma verilerinin analizi asamasinda, "Yuzde ve Frekans Dagilimi", "Aciklayici Faktor Analizi" ve "Korelasyon Analizi" kullanilmistir. Ayni zamanda, sosyo-demografik ozellikler ile marka kisiligi ve sadakati boyutlari arasindaki iliskileri belirlemek icin Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis Testleri'nden yararlanilmistir. Elde edilen sonuclara gore, marka kisiliginin "samimiyet", "heyecan", "sofistike" ve "yetkinlik" boyutlari ile marka sadakati arasinda anlamli bir iliski oldugu belirlenmistir. Ayrica, "samimiyet" ve "sofistike" boyutlarinin marka sadakati ile iliskisi diger degiskenlerden daha gucludur.
