PELATIHAN LEGAL DRAFTING PERDES DIFABEL

Abstract

Desa Panggungharjo selama ini belum memiliki Perdes Difabel. Padahal sebagian warganya penyandang difabel terbesar di kecamatan Sewon-Bantul DIY. Minimnya pengetahuan, sumber daya aparatur desa dan warga menjadi penyebab utama. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan legal drafting, agar aparatur Desa dan warga memiliki kapasitas dan skill yang baik sehingga dapat menyusun Perdes Difabel yang berkualitas. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup: tahap persiapan awal dan identifikasi masalah; identifikasi partsipan dan studi dokumen hukum; pembekalan materi legal drafting Perdes Difabel; dan teknis penyusunan legal drafting Perdes Difabel. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran hkuum, kapasitas diri, dan skill legal drafting bagi aparatur Desa dan warga difabel selaku penerima manfaat. Sehingga memberikan optimisme bagi pemerintah Desa untuk membentuk Perdes terkait pemenuhan hak-hak warga Difabel di Desa Panggungharjo Sewon Bantul.
