TERAPI INFRA-RED BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK MENINGKATKAN RELAKSASI OTOT

Abstract

Kehadiran virus Corona/ Covid-19 sebagai pandemic yang mengharuskan pembatasan interaksi social, menyebabkan gangguan psikologis berupa stress yang berwujud dalam bentuk ketakutan, kegelisahan, dan kecemasan. Gangguan cemas muncul karena adanya situasi yang mengancam yang merupakan reaksi normal dari stress. Gangguan kecemasan memiliki gejala yang diantaranya gemetar dan keringat dingin,otot tegang, pusing dan sakit kepala, mudah marah,susah tidur, dada berdebar- debar, sering merasa lelah dan sesak napas. Dalam bidang medis sinar Infrared digunakan untuk terapi terhadap suatu penyakit, termasuk relaksasi otot. Terapi ini bersifat fisioterapi maksudnya adalah pengobatan yang dilakukan secara fisik dengan menggunakan pancaran radiasi sinar infrared yang dihasilkannya. Tujuan:Pembuatan alat terapi berbasis android untuk membantu masyarakat memperoleh pengobatan alternatif dalam meningkatkan relaksasi otot guna mengurangi tingkat stress dan kecemasan bagi pasien yang mengalami masalah pada tubuhnya seperti nyeri pada otot dan persendian terutama di saat pandemic Covid-19. Metode: PAR (Participatian Action Research) dengan 2 siklus yaitu siklus -1: merakit alat infrared, siklus ke-2: menerapakan alat terapi infrared berbasis android ke panti asuhan. Hasil: Alat Terapi infra-red berbasis android membantu masyarakat terutama Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Putra Daarusubusi dalam memperoleh pengobatan alternatif. Alat Terapi Infrared berbasis Android yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan relaksasi bagi masyarakat yang mengalami masalah pada tubuhnya seperti nyeri pada otot dan persendian terutama di saat pandemi Covid-19. Kesimpulan: alat terapi infrared berbasis android merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif bagi masyarakat untuktetap menjaga tubuhnya terutama pada saat pandemic Covid-19.
