Calisma hayati icinde yer alan bireylerin, bulunduklari ortamda sahip olduklari bilgi ve birikimlerini etkin ve verimli bir bicimde sunabilmeleri istedikleri bir calisma ortaminin tesisi ile mumkun olacaktir. Saglik sektoru en degerli varlik ve kaynak olan insan faktoru ile ilgilenmek ve saglik sorunlarina cozum bulmak icin olusturulmus bir sektor niteligindedir. Bu alanda calisanlarin en yuksek duzeyli performans gosterebilmeleri bulunduklari calisma ortamlarinin analizi ile mumkun olacaktir. Bu calismada saglik literaturune son yillarda giris yapmis olan Orgutsel Sinizm duzeyinin saglik calisanlari boyutunda irdelenmesi amaclanmistir. Calisanlarin orgute karsi sergileyebildikleri olumsuz davranislar olarak nitelendirilebilen Sinizm Trabzon Ilinde yer alan Kanuni Egitim Ve Arastirma Hastanesi bunyesinde calisan 300 saglik calisani uzerinde anket yardimiyla arastirilmistir. Demografik faktorler yardimiyla uc boyut duzeyinde yapilan calisma sonucunda saglik calisanlarinin sinizm boyutunun orta duzeyli oldugu belirlenmistir. Sinizm faktorlerinin cinsiyet ve egitim faktorleri genelinde anlamli farkliliklar gosterdigi belirlenmistir. The health sector is the most valuable assets and resources to deal with the human factor and created an industry to find solutions to health problems in nature. Working in this field can perform the highest level by analysis of their work environment will be possible. In this study, who had made health literature in recent years the level of organizational cynicism aimed to evaluate the size of the health workers. They can exhibit negative behavior towards employees' organizations can be characterized as Cynicism has been investigated 300 employees located in Trabzon Province within Kanuni Training and Research Hospital with the help of surveys on health care workers. Three dimensions of demographic factors with the help of health professionals as a result of the work done at the level of cynicism size was determined to be moderate.
