Abstract

En este primer tomo se analizan las obras de autores afrocolombianos cuyas investigaciones han consolidado la base sobre la que hoy se erige este campo de estudios. La revisión de obras literarias de escritores como Candelario Obeso, Jorge Artel, Natanael Díaz, Manuel Zapata Olivella, Aquiles Escalante, Arnoldo Palacios, Teresa Martínez de Varela y Delia Zapata, entre otros, es el principal punto de encuentro de los investigadores e investigadoras de esta sección, quienes mediante sus reflexiones nos exhortan a reconocer sus textos como narrativa de denuncia que reconstruye el contexto político y socioeconómico de su tiempo.
