Abstract

El trabajo busca reflexionar sobre la posibilidad de repensar la organización del Poder Judicial. En particular, en el escrito se llama la atención sobre la necesidad de motivar a los jueces para que decidan imparcialmente y no solo brindarle los medios constitucionales para que lo hagan. En el texto se sugieren algunos caminos posibles para lograr dicho objetivo.
