Abstract

La generalización del uso de las redes sociales en Internet conlleva nuevas prácticas comúnmente aceptadas entre sus usuarios, entre las que se encuentra la publicación de imágenes de terceras personas sin su consentimiento. El presente artículo analiza las implicaciones legales de dicha práctica, subrayando cómo se ven afectados dos derechos fundamentales: el derecho a la propia imagen y el derecho a la protección de datos personales.
