
En la actualidad, el crecimiento ha pasado a ser uno de los principales objetivos de las empresas. Además, si dicho crecimiento es mantenido en el tiempo de forma equilibrada, puede ofrecer un desarrollo sostenible que garantice la supervivencia de las propias empresas. En este trabajo, se pretenden identificar y analizar los factores que influyen en la sostenibilidad del crecimiento de las empresas, con el fin de poder generar pautas organizativas que contribuyan a dirigir sus recursos y esfuerzos hacia aquellos factores que intervienen de forma más significativa en el desarrollo equilibrado de dichas organizaciones.<br /><br />The issue of growth has become nowadays one of the most important goals in business. If that growth is maintained in time in a balanced way, it can bring a sustainable development able to guarantee the survival of the company.In this work we will try to identity and analyze the factors influencing the sustainability of growth in companies. The goal is to generate the organizational patterns which contribute to address the company's efforts and resources towards those elements taking significantly part in the balanced development of the organizations.
