Bu calismada, once bir hiperyuzeyin Hessian formu tanimlandi, sonra bu hiperyuzeylerin Ikinci Temel formu ile iliskilendirildi. Calismanin devaminda, elde edilen formuller ile lokal ve sinirlandirilmamis ekstirim degerlerin nasil degerlendirilebilecegi gosterildi.
