Abstract

Bu calismada 10 farkli gida koruyucusunun (sorbik asit, potasyum sorbat, benzoik asit, sodyum benzoat, potasyum asetat, sodyum metabisulfit, potasyum metabisufit, sodyum tetraborat, sodyum sulfit ve borik asit) Drosophila melanogaster ’de yasama yuzdesi ve omur uzunlugu uzerine olan toksik etkileri arastirilmistir. Deneylerde Drosophila melanogaster ’in yabani tipi kullanilmistir. Ucuncu donem larvalara test kimyasallari 5, 10, 15, 20 ppm lik dozlarda uygulanmistir. Yapilan incelemeler sonunda, kullanilan tum maddelerin yasama yuzdesini ve omur uzunlugunu kontrole nazaran azalttigi belirlenmistir
