Farklı Toparlanma Sürelerinin Tekrarlı Sprint Performansına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci; farkli toparlanma surelerinin tekrarli sprint performansina (TSP) etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu amacla calismaya rekreatif olarak aktif 15 erkek gonullu katilmistir (Yas: 23.06 􀁲 1.98 yil; Boy: 173.5 􀁲 5.8 cm; Vucut Agirligi: 72.9 􀁲 9.9kg; Yag Yuzdesi: 10.0 􀁲 4.8%). TSP 12x20m tekrarli sprint testi ile belirlenmistir. Katilimcilar 4 farkli toparlanma suresiyle (araliksiz, 15s, 30s, 45s) uygulanan tekrarli 20m sprint testine en az 48 saat ara ile rastgele sirayla katilmislardir. Katilimcilarin en iyi sprint zamani, toplam sprint zamani ve performans dusus yuzdeleri belirlenmistir. Yapilan tekrarli olcumlerde varyans analizi sonuclari en iyi sprint zamaninda 10-20 m ve 0-20m mesafeleri icin farkli toparlanma sureleri arasinda anlamli bir fark oldugunu gostermistir (p<0.05). Toplam Sprint zamanina bakildiginda ise dort farkli toparlanma suresiyle uygulanan tekrarli 20m sprint testi sonucunda katilimcilarin 0-10m, 10-20m ve 0-20m toplam sprint zamanlari arasinda istatistiksel olarak anlamli bir fark oldugu belirlenmistir (p<0.05). Benzer sekilde dort farkli toparlanma suresiyle uygulanan tekrarli 20 metre sprint testi sonucunda tum mesafelerde katilimcilarin performans dusus yuzdeleri arasinda da anlamli bir fark oldugu belirlenmistir (p<0.05). Bu calismanin sonuclari 15s toparlanmali TSP’nin, 30s ve 45s toparlanmali TSP suresine gore tekrarli sprint performansini daha olumsuz etkiledigini gostermistir.
