ANQUILOGLOSSIA E FRENOTOMIA LINGUAL EM NEONATOS: SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

Revisão de escopo para explorar os métodos de avaliação da anquiloglossia em neonatos a termo submetidos a cirurgia de frenotomia, por meio de um mapeamento das evidências provenientes de pesquisas. A busca por estudos será realizada nas seguintes bases de dados: EMBASE, LILCAS, PubMed e Web of Science. a partir de rigorosa aplicação da metodologia de revisão de escopo. Os estudos identificados (sem duplicatas) serão importados para o software Mendeley e avaliados/selecionados com base nos critérios de elegibilidade previamente estabelecidos por meio da leitura do título e resumo (fase 1), seguida da leitura do texto completo dos estudos selecionados na fase 1 (fase 2). Os dados dos estudos selecionados serão rigorosamente analisados ​​e coletados por meio do preenchimento de uma tabela de caracterização. odas as etapas serão realizadas por dois revisores independentes e cegos, e em caso de discordância por um terceiro revisor. Será fornecida uma síntese qualitativa (narrativa), descrevendo os métodos de observação do aleitamento materno, protocolos utilizados para diagnóstico de anquiloglossia, bem como a técnica de frenotomia lingual empregada. Uma tabela descritiva agrupará todas essas informações.
