Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan dan kerugian Indonesia dalam meratifikasi ICC. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan melalui analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, dokumen hukum internasional, serta literatur ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan ratifikasi antara lain adalah memperkuat sistem hukum nasional melalui prinsip complementarity, meningkatkan kredibilitas Indonesia dalam forum internasional, serta memperluas perlindungan hukum bagi warga negara Indonesia
