Abstract

Rekrutmen adalah proses menemukan dan merekrut kandidat dengan kualitas terbaik (bisa dari dalam atau luar organisasi) untuk lowongan pekerjaan tertentu, dilaksanakan secara efektif, tepat waktu dan hemat biaya. Proses rekrutmen meliputi analisis terhadap persyaratan pekerjaan, memilih dan menarik calon karyawan untuk pekerjaan tersebut, skrining, mempekerjakan, dan mengintegrasikan karyawan baru dengan organisasi (1) .
