
Alveoler kretlerde gorulen kemik defektleri dental implant yapimi oncesi cesitli cerrahi yontemlerle restore edilebilmektedir. Ozellikle on bolgede dissiz kretlerde hem kemik yuksekligini hem de genisligini arttirmak amaciyla titanyum mes yontemi ve greft kullanimi ile hem estetik hem de fonksiyonel acidan iyi sonuclar elde edilebilmektedir. Bu olgu raporunda travma nedeniyle fonksiyonunu yitirmis maksiller on keser dislerin cekimi ile olusan kemik defektinin titanyum mes ile basarili bir sekilde konstruksiyonu ve dental implant tedavisi takibi ile beraber sunulmustur. Titanium mesh technique is used to improve deficient bone height and width in the defect area and offers good results both esthetically and functionally especially when used in anterior maxillary edentulous crest. In this report, successful reconstruction of bone defect resulted from extraction of traumatic non-functional maxillary incisor teeth with respective dental implantation was presented with relevant follow-up.
