GÖRÜNTÜ İŞLEME TEKNİKLERİ VE ROBOT KOL İLE NESNELERİ KATEGORİLERİNE AYIRMA

Abstract

With the fourth industrial revolution, mechanization gradually increases and the human interaction in systems is reduced as much as possible. With the developing industrial technologies, maximum efficient products are produced in minimum time. At the present time, the use of robot arms and embedded systems has played a major role for technology to reach these levels. In this study, objects approaching through the conveyor belt are detected by a camera. Detected objects are classified by dropping them into boxes at specific coordinates using the developed embedded system software, robot arm and image processing software. The developed system has completed the task of placing objects of different colors in the relevant boxes according to their color codes with 100% success.
