OTOMOTİV KABLO İMALATINDA ERGONOMİK RİSK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Calisma yasaminda “kas iskelet sistemi hastaliklari” (KISH) onemli bir saglik sorunudur. Bu calismanin amaci tehlikeli siniftaki bir isyerinde islerin ergonomik risklere gore degerlendirilmesidir. Calismada, kablo imalati yapilan bir fabrikada KISH ile iliskili problemler tespit edilmistir. Belirlenen iki ozel is istasyonunda, hizli maruziyet degerlendirme (HMD) ve REBA metotlari uygulanmistir. Bu analizlerin sonrasinda, fiziksel risk etmenlerinin iyilestirilmesi icin yeni uygulamalar gelistirilmistir. Yapilan duzenlemeler sonrasi tekrar analizler yapilarak elde edilen sonuclarin etkinligi degerlendirilmistir. Sonuc olarak, otomotiv kablo imalati sektorunde montaj asamasindaki kas iskelet sistemi hastaliklarina maruz kalma riski azaltilmistir.
