
Trends in social development necessitate the refinement of media education tasks based on the analysis of modern man and society as a natural development of information and communication processes. The development of communication tools and information processing methods in society occurs as an increment, strengthening of natural human senses and thinking, up to the expansion of his nervous system and brain on the scale of the mastered Universe – the noosphere. In recent years, a new, digital generation has emerged with a different entrance into the world of knowledge and human relations. A new task of media education is the formation of the young generation's willingness and ability to live and act in an intergenerational dialogue, collective discourse, and at the same time take individual responsibility for certain decisions, be a subject of information and social creativity, and cooperation.
