Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a elaboracao de um projeto modular sustentavel para uma moradia estudantil utilizando conteineres. As diretrizes projetuais estao embasadas nos seis principios fundamentais para a construcao sustentavel, desenvolvendo dois projetos. O primeiro destinado a um estudante, constituido de modulo unico, com cozinha, quarto, area para estudos, estar e banheiro, com area final de 12,58 m²; e o segundo para dois estudantes, sendo esta residencia dividida em dois modulos: um compreende cozinha, banheiro, salas de estar e jantar; e outro com dois quartos e lavanderia, sendo a area interna total da moradia de 22,07 m². As opcoes de implantacao consideravam o aproveitamento maximo de espaco, maior quantidade de moradias, tanto individuais, duplos e a mescla das duas opcoes. A avaliacao de implantacao considerou o melhor aproveitamento de espaco para melhorar a circulacao dos ventos; possibilidade de espacos externos livres para a implantacao de areas de lazer ou uso coletivo. As planilhas de custos para a implantacao de um conjunto de moradia (quatro pessoas), resultam o custo total de R$ 58.555,16. Quando comparado ao sistema convencional pelo CUB, observa-se uma economia de aproximadamente 5% no sistema de conteiner. comprovou-se que com apenas 14,76 m², um unico modulo, e viavel a construcao de uma moradia estudantil.
