Los estudios organizacionales en Colombia: Aproximaciones, diversidad y desarrollo

Abstract

Las apreciaciones que se recogen en esta obra evidencian la posición y las conversaciones de un grupo particular de investigadores que llevan a cabo sus indagaciones y reflexiones desde los estudios organizacionales, saber que en Colombia está aún en construcción. Estos desarrollos no reflejan integralmente la realidad del país y no incluyen los múltiples temas y aproximaciones que existen, pero constituyen una muestra importante de la mirada académica a nuestro contexto. Por lo tanto, busca ser un punto de inicio, no solo para seguir comprendiendo y rastreando la evolución de los estudios organizacionales, sino para invitar a otros a unirse a la conversación, a disentir, a generar controversia y, gracias a ello, a seguir aprendiendo todos juntos de este campo de conocimiento.
