FUTBOL TEMEL TEKNİK ANTRENMANLARININ 10- 13 YAŞ GRUBU ÇOCUKLARIN BAZI MOTORİK VE TEKNİK YETENEK GELİŞİMLERİNE ETKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu calismada, sekiz haftalik futbol temel teknik antrenmaninin 10-13 yas gurubu erkek cocuklarina ait, bazi motor yetenek ve futbol yetenegine etkisinin arastirilmasi amaclanmistir. Arastirmaya Konya Selcuklu Belediyesi Spor Kulubu yaz futbol okuluna kayit yaptiran, yas ortalamalari 11,67±1,30 yil olan 30 erkek cocuk katilmistir. Cocuklarin fiziksel ozelliklerini belirlemek icin, vucut agirligi ve boy uzunlugu olcumleri yapilmistir. Motor yeteneklerini belirlemek icin dikey sicrama, durarak uzun atlama ve 20 metre kosu testleri uygulanmistir. Ayrica anaerobik guc degerleri hesaplanmistir. Futbola ozgu yetenek duzeylerini tespit etmek icin ise top surme, pas ve sut testlerini iceren Mor&Christian futbol yetenek testi top sektirme testini iceren Yeagley futbol yetenek testi ve duvarda hizli pas testini iceren Johnson futbol yetenek testi uygulanmistir. Bu testler antrenmanlar baslamadan once on test olarak uygulanmis ve iki ay suren antrenmanlarin bitiminde tekrar ayni metotlar kullanilarak son test olcumleri alinmistir. Calismada yapilan on test ile son test olcumlerine ait ortalamalarin karsilastirilmasi “Bagimli Gruplar t- Test (Paired Samples Test) Uygulamasi” ile yapilmistir. Boy uzunlugu, dikey sicrama testi, anaerobik guc, durarak uzun atlama ve 20 m. kosu on ve son test ortalamalari arasinda anlamli fark oldugu tespit edilmistir (p<0,05). Futbol temel teknik yetenegini olcmek icin uygulanan, top surme, pas verme, sut, top sektirme ve duvarda hizli pas yetenek testlerine ait on ve son test ortalamalari arasinda anlamli fark oldugu tespit edilmistir. Sonuc olarak motor testler ve futbol teknik yetenek testlerine ait on test olcumlerinden sonra iki ay sureyle yaptirilan duzenli futbol temel teknik antrenmanlarinin cocuklarin motor ve teknik yeteneklerini gelistirdigi yapilan son test olcumleri ile tespit edilmistir.
