Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı bireysel kariyer planlamanın üniversite tercihine etkisinde kariyer merkezi hizmet kalitesinin aracılık rolünün incelenmesidir. Araştırma bir vakıf üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 307 öğrenci üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma hipotezlerinin test edilmesinde SPSS aracılığı ile Process Makro uygulamasından faydalanılmış ve model 4 parametreleri uygulanmıştır.
