Estado y agricultura familiar: interpelar las racionalidades y situar lo comunitario en Río Negro, Argentina

Abstract

En este artículo, nos proponemos reflexionar sobre los modos en que el Estado condiciona, produce o releva a los sujetos de la AF en Patagonia norte para realizar intervenciones en el mundo rural, prestando atención a los desplazamientos de sentido que se producen en este proceso. Para ello, indagamos en dos herramientas de planificación para la representación y diseño de los territorios: los censos agropecuarios y Ley Ovina. Ponemos en tensión estas herramientas a partir de testimonios de los miembros de una comunidad mapuche y pastoril de la Línea Sur. Como resultado, evidenciamos la performatividad del Estado al construir sujetos a la medida de la intervención de las políticas de desarrollo rural, así como la capacidad comunitaria de subvertir órdenes estatales presentes y pasados. Concluimos que el Estado debe reconsiderar lo comunitario como dimensión de análisis e intervención.
