Türkiye’de İnşaat Sanayi Sektörünün Gelişimi-Temel İnşaat Sanayi Göstergeleri

Abstract

Insaat sektoru, yarattigi katma deger ve istihdam acisindan ulke ekonomilerinin en dinamik sektorudur. Buyuk olcude yerli sermayeye dayanan insaat sektoru yuzlerce meslek dalini ilgilendirmekte olup istihdam ve uretim surecini olumlu yonde etkilemektedir. Ulkemiz insaat sektorunun donemler ve yillar icerisindeki gelisimini incelemek amaciyla cesitli endeksler mevcuttur. Bu endeksler, Insaat Ciro Endeksi, Insaat Uretim Endeksi, Insaat Isgucu Girdi Endeksleri ve Insaat Malzemeleri Sanayi Bilesik Endeksi seklinde siralanabilir. Bu calismada, bahsedilen endekslerin yillar icerisindeki degisimi incelenerek ulkemiz insaat sektorunun genel durumu degerlendirilmistir. Yurutulen calisma neticesinde, ulkemiz insaat sektorunun hem uretim hacmi hem de ciro bakimindan her yil buyumesine ragmen sektore olan guven ve beklentinin oldukca dusuk seviyede oldugu sonucuna varilmistir.
