Saksağan (Pica pica)’da Pancreas Dokusunun Morfolojik İncelenmesi

Abstract

Pancreas, endokrin ve ekzokrin salgi ozelligine sahip, hayvan turleri arasinda beslenme aliskanliklarina bagli olarak bazi karakteristik ve fonksiyonel farkliliklar gosteren bez yapisinda bir organdir. Bu calismada, saksagan ( Pica pica ) pancreas dokusunun morfolojik ve fonksiyonel ozelliklerinin makro-anatomik ve histolojik yontemler ile arastirilmasi amaclanmistir. Calismada saksaganlardan elde edilen pancreas diseke edilerek %10'luk tamponlu formaldehit solusyonuna alindi. Tespit edilen pancreas dokulari dehidratasyon ve seffaflastirma islemlerinden sonra parafin bloklara gomulerek, 5 µm kalinliginda kesitler alindi. Alinan seri kesitlere histolojik ve immonohistokimyasal boyamalar uygulanarak endokrin ve ekzokrin pancreas alanlari incelendi. Ekzokrin pancreas dokusunun zengin seroz asinuslardan olustugu, damarlara yakin olarak yerlesmis olan endokrin adaciklarinin ise tum pancreas dokusunun %1-2' sini olusturdugu belirlendi. Ayrica endokrin adaciklarin da alfa, beta ve miks adaciklardan olustugu goruldu. Sonuc olarak; endokrin ve ekzokrin pancreas dokusunun beslenmeye bagli olarak bazi karakteristik ve fonksiyonel farkliliklar gosterebilecegi tespit edildi.
