Abstract

The IEEE Power System Restoration Working Group (SRWG) is concerned with the development and dissemination of technical information for planning and operator training in the context of meeting restoration requirements. This special report consists of reprints of IEEE Transactions of Power Systems (T-PWRS) papers written by invited by the SWRG, a list of SRWG members papers in other IEEE Publications, and a bibliography of IEEE Transactions papers of interest related to power system restoration.
