There are some personalities with their names and fames written with golden letters in history. Without doubt these personalities contain prophets, statesmen, philosophers, writers, historians, artists and companions of prophets and saints who influenced the periods of their lifetime with their immense devotion, contemplation, enlightening and jihad. The transfer of spiritually eminent persons’ sentiments, thoughts and wisdom to humanity is also very important. The speeches, behaviours, poems and sayings of such spiritually prominent personalities are transferred to humanity by their disciples and followers as much as possible. In Seljukid and Ottoman tradition, statesmen promoted the construction of dervish lodges, to spread out this wisdom to every corner of the geography. This is easily understood when we look at the waqfiyya and the waqf documents in Seljukid and Ottoman periods. Abu’l-Hasan al-Haraqâni is regarded as the seventh ring of gold chain. He was buried in Kars. In this study the lodge of Haraqâni which was explored thanks to some spiritual signs after conquest of Kars and the acts of Sultan Murat III who tried to accomplish the resurgence of the Lodge of Hasan Haraqâni have been examined by using waqfiyya concerning Haraqâni’s zawiya. Murat Oz Tarihe isimleri veya sohretleri altin harflerle yazilan sahsiyetler vardir. Bu sahsiyetler icerisinde suphesiz peygamberler, devlet adamlari, dusunurler, edebiyatcilar, tarihciler, sanatcilar oldugu gibi, peygamberlerin yol arkadaslarinin onde gelenleri, yasadiklari donemlere ve daha sonrasina damgalarini vuran engin bir ibadet, tefekkur, irsad ve mucadele/mucahede hayati yasamis mânâ erleri de bulunmaktadir. Bu sahislarin goruslerinin, duygu ve dusuncelerinin, sahip olduklari mana ilimlerinin baglilarina ve insanliga aktarilmasi da suphesiz buyuk bir oneme haizdir. Bu mana erlerinin konusmalari, hal ve hareketleri, siirleri, deyisleri sartlar elverdigince muridleri ve sevenleri tarafindan topluma aktarilmistir. Selcuklu ve Osmanli geleneginde Anadolu’nun manevi mimarlari olarak kabul edilen bu kimseler hizmetlerini devam ettirebilmeleri icin devlet yoneticileri tarafindan tekkeler, hangâhlar insa edilerek irfan ehlinin goruslerinin halka ulastirilmasi ve cografyanin her tarafina yayilmasi saglanmistir. Nitekim Selcuklu ve Osmanli donemlerine ait vakfiye ve vakif belgelerine goz atildiginda bu husus acik ve net bir sekilde gorulmektedir. Bu calismada, Kars’ta medfun altin silsilenin 7. halkasi olan ve vefatindan sonra da manevi tasarrufu devam ettigine inanilan Hasan Harakâni’nin tekkesi ile Kars’in fethinden sonra kaynaklara gore manevi bir takim kesiflerle ortaya cikarilan tekkenin ve tekkenin yasatilmasi icin Sultan III.
