Abstract

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD), also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy, is a rare benign disease characterized by persistent massive lymphadenopathy caused by increased numbers of macrophages within lymph node sinuses [1, 2].
