Pigmented Bowen's disease (pBD) is a rare form of Bowen's disease (BD), characterised by a hyperpigmented aspect of the lesion. Dermoscopy improves the diagnostic accuracy not only in melanocytic lesions, but also in other skin neoplasms, such as BD [1].
