In this edition of DeRmpath & Clinic, we present the case of a 65-year-old patient, with a past medical history of chronic pancreatitis requiring enzyme supplementation, who developed several non-painful erythematous subcutaneous nodules located on her right upper limb, two weeks after intraabdominal surgery for acute intestinal obstruction.
