Adubação fosfatada para girassol sob sistema plantio direto no Paraguai

Abstract

O cultivo de girassol teve incremento significativo em área e produção nos últimos anos no Paraguai, mas ainda não há recomendação de adubação fosfatada para a cultura nas regiões produtoras. O objetivo deste trabalho foi elaborar uma primeira recomendação de adubação fosfatada para girassol sob sistema plantio direto, no Paraguai. Foram desenvolvidos dois experimentos nos departamentos de Misiones e Itapúa na safra de 2006/2007, sobre Argissolo e Latossolo respectivamente. Para determinação dos atributos químicos foram colhidas dez subamostras, compondo uma amostra de solo por parcela, coletadas na profundidade de 0-10 cm. Determinaram-se o rendimento de grãos e o teor crítico de fósforo (P) no solo. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos ao acaso, com quatro repetições. Os tratamentos constaram de doses de P (0, 40, 80, 120, 160 e 200 kg ha-1 de P2O5), tendo o superfosfato triplo como fonte. Para o girassol, o teor crítico de P para o Latossolo (solos de 410 a 600 g kg-1 de argila, classe 1) foi de 14,4 mg dm-3 e para o Argissolo (solos de 210 a 400 g kg-1 de argila, classe 2) foi de 15,5 mg dm-3. Doses de P2O5 entre 40 kg ha-1 e 80 kg ha-1 foram suficientes para superar 2.000 kg ha-1 de produção de grãos, sendo as maiores doses para o solo com maior teor de argila e teores baixos de P no solo.
