Photodecomposition of the Herbicide Butachlor in Aqueous Solution

Abstract

除草剤ブタクロール (マーシェット®) の飽和水溶液 (23.5ppm) を用いて紫外線および太陽光線下における光分解を行ない, ガラス板上に薄膜状としたものの紫外線分解と比較した. 水溶液における光分解は薄膜での分解よりも複雑でありより速やかに分解し, 多くの分解物を与えた. 半減期は紫外線下では薄膜状の1.5時間に対し水溶液中では0.8時間であったが, 太陽光線下では5.4時間を要した. Tlcおよびglcによる分析で, 薄膜状の場合には7種の分解生成物の存在を認め, そのうち4化合物の構造を同定または推定したが, 水溶液中における光分解では少なくとも24種以上の光分解産物の存在が認められ, そのうち4化合物 2-chloro-2′,6′-diethylacetanilide (VII), 2,6-diethylaniline (XIX), m-xylene (XXI), および toluene (XXIII) の存在を標準品との比較によって同定し, 2-hydroxy-2′,6′-diethyl-N-(butoxymethyl)acetanilide (II), 2′,6′-diethyl-N-(butoxymethyl)acetanilide (III), N-2′,6′-diethylphenyl-2,5-dihydrooxazol-4-one (V), N-phenyl-2,5-dihydrooxazol-4-one (VI), 2,2-dichloro-2′,6′-diethylacetanilide (VIII), 2-hydroxy-2′,6′-diethylacetanilide (IX), m-ethyltoluene (XX), ethylbenzene (XXII) および化合物XI, XII, XIIIなど11化合物の構造をGC-MSによって推定した. その他の9化合物, m/e 275 (IV), 177 (X), 278 (XIV), 170 (XV), 160 (XVI), 160 (XVII), 146 (XVIII), 156 (XXIV) およびXXVの構造は未同定である.
