The problem addressed here is to determine whether VSSA is not empty, i.e., if there is a vector of inputs or resources satisfying all inequalities in VSSA. We present a heuristic to solve the problem and numerical results for VSSA depending on water and nitrogen, together with production functions in quadratic forms for some cultures, as known in the literature. Keywords: production, net-income, inputs, heuristic
