Installation for experimental study of wear of sliding contact "contact wire – lining"

Abstract

The article describes the installation for the experimental study of the operation of the electrical contact "contact wire - lining" in dynamics, which makes it possible to determine the wear of the contact wire and the contact pads at various currents, pressing forces, speeds. While ensuring the control of the thermal state of the contact zone.
