Abstract

El presente artículo pretende mostrar algunas tendencias que los clientesmantienen frente a ciertas características de quienes les prestan los servicios.Es bien sabido que, dentro de la complejidad del ser humano, ellos tienendefinido cuál o cuáles son las manifestaciones que son de su aprobación y cuály cuáles son las que rechaza.Elmarco teórico impartido al estudiante debe ser contrastado con la realidad desu contexto. Es por ello que se hace fundamental elevar la consulta de laopinión de las personas del común (clientes reales o potenciales) sobre lo queconsideran es importante frente a diferentes aspectos del servicio al cliente. Sebusca realizar un inventario de opiniones sobre lo que se piensa respecto aalgunos aspectos propios del servicio al cliente. El objetivo fundamentalradica en que el estudiante debe conocer lo que para la gente es importante.Esto le permite, a su vez, realizar un pequeño autoanálisis sobre si cumple ono las características y/o variables que el mercado considera fundamentales,reconociéndolas como positivas, indagar la opinión sobre las característicasque debe tener el individuo que presta el servicio al cliente y comprobar quelo conocido en el campo de la teoría tenga una aplicación amplia y cierta.
