Abstract

En esta ocasión la Revista Bio Ciencias, emite en forma de suplemento la memoria de los trabajos libres que se presentaron en el 1er Simposio Regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos “Inocuidad Alimentaria y su Impacto en la Salud”, evento que se llevó a cabo el día 19 de Junio del presente año en las instalaciones del Centro Nayarita de Innovación y Transferencia de Tecnología A.C. (CENIT2), una asociación civil dependiente de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit. El evento científico académico fue organizado por el Laboratorio Nacional para la Investigación en Inocuidad Alimentaria (LANIIA)-Unidad Nayarit, a través de recursos económicos gestionados ante el Programa de Fortalecimiento de la Calidad Educativa (PFCE) de la SEP.
