Espaços epistemológicos de cuidado em saúde e enfermagem segundo teoria de Halldorsdottir

Abstract

Introdução: O cuidado está na essência da existência humana. Entretanto, nos serviços de saúde, observam-se profissionais que ainda mantém um comportamento de distanciamento, com limites ao diálogo e à reflexão crítica e a perda da relação de cuidado como o foco da atenção à saúde. Objetivo: Relatar a reflexão da díade profissional de saúde/cliente sob a perspectiva epistemológica do cuidado, a partir do debate do filme “Um Golpe do Destino”. Materiais e Métodos: Artigo de reflexão fundamentado na Teoria de Halldorsdottir que aborda os cincos modos de ser com o outro, incluindo comportamentos de cuidar e não-cuidar. Resultados e Discussão: Observou-se predomínio do cuidado biocídio, bioestático e biopassivo em detrimento do bioativo e biogênico, demonstrando a tecnificação do cuidado moldado pelo modelo biomédico. Conclusões: Há necessidade de potencializar as práticas de cuidado no contexto do trabalho em saúde que seja capaz de produzir graus de autonomia que melhorem a qualidade de suas vidas.Cómo citar este artículo: Silva L, Souza K, Duarte E, Soares SM.
