Valoración radiológica del pie zambo congénito idiopático y su correlación clínica en la operación de Codivilla

Abstract

Se revisaron 37 pacientes (52 pies) intervenidos por pie zambo idiopático entre 1971 y 1985 mediante la técnica de Codivilla (asociada o no a otros procedimientos). Se valoraron mediante radiografías AP y Lat de pies con carga midiendo los ángulos astrágalo- calcáneo y astrágalo 1er Metatarsiano (en proyección AP y Lat), y el ángulo calcáneo-5to Metatarsiano (en proyección Lat); también se valoró el índice astrágalo-calcaneal. Además se realizó una valoración clínica de resultados basada en la propuesta por Turco modificada por nosotros, y que los clasificó en Excelentes, Buenos, Regulares y Malos resultados en función de la normalidad, así como la correlación con el grado de satisfacción de los pacientes y los resultados radiológicos. Los resultados fueron considerados como malos en 4 pies (7,7%), regulares en 18 pies (34,6%), buenos en 24 pies (46,6%) y excelentes 6 pies (11,5%) con un resultado global de satisfactorios del 57,7%.
