Histoquímica de la reacción Hidroquinona-tetrazolio-reductasa en el sistema nervioso central del ratón en desarrollo

Abstract

Se ha realizado un estudio histoquímico de la reacción Hidroquinona tetrazolio-reductasa en cortes seriados de criostato, correspondientes al sistema nervioso central de ratones de distintas edades a partir del nacimiento. Previa fijación de unos modelos citoquímicos-neuropílicos, se estudian evolutivamente las intensidades de las diversas estructuras. Al ordenar los núcleos en columnas topográfico-funcionales, se comprueba que los sistemas somáticos son más activos que los viscerales y que los especiales lo son más que los generales. También el proceso de maduración comienza antes en los sistemas somáticos y especiales que en los generales, y sigue un incremento progresivo en sentido caudo-craneal. Complementariamente se aplican con éxito las técnicas de cresilvioleta y de Bielschowsky-Gros, modificadas para teñir secciones de criostato.
